Roger Lynch

President & CEO

Prior to joining the team at Pandora, Roger served as the founding CEO of Sling TV, where he led the creation and launch of the over-the-top streaming television service that delivers live sports, news and entertainment to broadband-connected devices. He joined DISH in 2009 where he led the launch of DishWorld (now Sling International).

Prior to joining DISH, he served as Chairman and CEO of Video Networks International, Ltd., an IPTV technology company in the United Kingdom. While at Video Networks he won an Emmy for Scamp, an on-demand children’s channel, and a BAFTA (British Academy of Film and The Arts) for V:MX, a collection of on-demand music video channels. He also previously served as president and CEO of Chello Broadband N.V., a broadband Internet service provider with operations in ten European countries. Prior to Chello, Roger was a technology investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York, Silicon Valley and London. He began his career as a Member of the Technical Staff-Physics at the Hughes Aircraft Company, where he did R&D on infrared imaging and missile guidance systems.

Roger received his Master of Business Administration with Highest Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Southern California.

Naveen Chopra

CFO

As CFO, Naveen manages finance and accounting, investor relations, corporate development, strategic planning, facilities, and IT.

Naveen partners with executives across the company to ensure that Pandora can fulfill its vision for the future of music while also delivering value to our shareholders. Prior to Pandora, Naveen has held business development, corporate development, and executive roles at companies like TiVo, Microsoft/WebTV, and Hewlett Packard.

Naveen is a graduate of Stanford where he received his MBA along with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Economics.

Chris Phillips

Chief Product Officer

Chris is responsible for defining and leading Pandora's overarching product strategy, roadmap, end-to-end development delivery, and adoption for listeners, advertisers, and music makers. He leads product management, design, creative services, content, insights, engineering, and marketing.

Prior to joining Pandora, Chris was director of product management and user experience for digital music at Amazon. Before Amazon, he was director at Intuit in product strategy, product management, and design in various business units. Chris holds a BSBA from the Ohio State University.

Kristen Robinson

Chief Human Resources Officer

Kristen is responsible for Pandora's global people strategies and operations and is committed to developing an incredible culture where people thrive and generate lasting business success.

Kristen joined Pandora in 2014 from Yahoo!, where she led the company's global HR centers of excellence and international HR teams. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.

John Trimble

Chief Revenue Officer

As CRO, John is responsible for all local advertising revenue including National, Local, Programmatic and Inside sales efforts. The role also drives strategic sales marketing. John has balanced his digital career with quality brands, in the role of SVP of Sales with News Corp, Fox Interactive Media, including the MySpace brand, with innovative start-ups in his position as VP of Sales with Phase2 Media.

Previous to Pandora, John was EVP of sales at Glam Media where he helped guide their revenue and product expansion. John recieved his BA from St. Lawrence University.

David Gerbitz

Chief Operating Officer

As the EVP of Revenue Operations, David is responsible for monetization and yield strategy, client services and advertising operations: driving Pandora’s growth engine across all digital and broadcast solutions, devices, and channels.

Previous to Pandora, David was the VP of global mid-market and small medium business sales at Yahoo! His career has been focused on scaling and operationalizing revenue and service organizations in the hyper-dynamic digital media industry. David received his BA from the University of Minnesota.

Steve Bené

General Counsel

As General Counsel at Pandora, Steve Bené oversees all aspects of the company's legal strategy, operations and compliance.

Prior to joining Pandora, Steve served as General Counsel at Electronic Arts (EA), where he ran a global department responsible for a full range of legal matters ranging from corporate governance, M&A and commercial transactions to groundbreaking industry negotiations with record labels, online services and movie studios. Steve got his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.

Aimée Lapic

Chief Marketing Officer

Aimée Lapic is responsible for overseeing consumer brand strategy, market positioning, public relations and marketing communications, creative and performance-based and partnership marketing for the company.

Previous to Pandora, Aimée served as the Senior Vice President / Global Chief Marketing Officer for Banana Republic as well as the General Manager of BananaRepublic.com. Aimée was responsible for global P&L accountability for the ecommerce business as well as overseeing the creative and marketing teams across the $2.8B business.

Prior to leading that business, Aimée held numerous positions over thirteen years across Gap, Inc., in leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gap Outlet International, where she drove 20 consecutive quarters of growth.

She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
