The smoky urban soul singer Uncle Sam signed a high-profile contract with Stonecreek Records, the label owned by Boyz II Men, in advance of his 1997 self-titled debut album. The single "Can You Feel It" did moderately well on the R&B charts. ~ John Bush, Rovi
@Carl Smith yes he talking about how his girl left him for his best friend, and a converstation between him and his best friend that he had about her. Also he is saying that he can go on with his best friend but it's hard for him to move on with out her.
sounds just like wanye (is that how you spell wanye?) kinda makes sense when you think about the fact that he was signed to a label owned by boyz II men
I met him before he got signed, he was acting in a gospel stage play called A Good Man Is Hard to Find. We were hanging out after the play and he told me he was going to be famous, and gave me his autograph. that had to be like 1993.. I still have the napkin he wrote it on. the next year he came back to town and sang at my mom's wedding. I expected great things from him, he was great even then. I really hope he comes out with something else.
I heard this song at A turning point in my life, so it is very memorable for me; along with a list of gospel songs, I know; go figure right? Grace And Peace!!! (THE APOSTLE)
I am Going to find this cat and produce him myself,,, Sam were the hell you at man..
