Born in South Carolina and raised in California, Trevor Hall developed an affinity for summery acoustic music, from the beachside ambience of Jack Johnson to the leisurely stroll of Bob Marley. Having spent his teenage years at a boarding school for the arts, Hall dedicated his life to music upon his high-school graduation. He self-released Lace Up Your Shoes in 2004; two years later, the teenaged Hall prepared for his major-label debut with Geffen Records. The Rascals Have Returned, an introductory EP produced by John Alagía, featured a soothing mix of reggae, folk, and roots rock. Sales were slow, however, and Geffen dropped Hall from its roster in 2008.
Hall continued to tour, performing shows alongside the likes of Ben Harper, Matisyahu, and the Wailers. He also returned to the studio to record a self-titled 2009 sophomore album emphasizing the artist's reggae influences. Hall's next full-length offering, Everything, Everytime, Everywhere, was produced by Jimmy Messer and released in August 2011. ~ MacKenzie Wilson, Rovi

wasnt raised in california he used to 5 houses down from me till he was in his teens or something but he used to ride down the road on his skateboard playing guitar
Huge Fan; stumbled upon him when he opened for Dave Barnes another hidden treasure in the music world, but Trevor blew me away; his songs are so real, peaceful and true. Keep singing Trevor __we love it all :)
His music stuck with me like a good dream I couldn't quite remember for months the first time I heard a song of his. My friends planned an event with him and said nothing but good about him as a person. Sing away!
Best artist I know of. His songs are amazing and if you pay attention to the lyrics you can see the religious undertones. He may never be a household name, but his music deserves to be listened to. Love all, serve all, create no sorrow.

saw him in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago with Anuhea.....what a fun night!!
Can't wait to see him in concert in March. My good girl friend introduced me to his music and instantly I was hooked. Such a young, free spirited artist!
I just saw Trevor a few weeks ago at the Cleveland House of Blues. He was opening up for Ziggy Marley. I did not know what to expect, since I had never heard of Trevor Hall. The music, the vocals, and the song writing were just awesome! I'm looking for another opportunity to see Trevor!
"this guy" lives to help people find love and happiness. He inspires service, playfulness, and compassion. It's conscious music, vibin' high, and I can't wait to see him live one day.
Trevor hall has been my favorite artist since 2006. I'm not the type to listen to the same thing over and over. I move my room arround twice a month but Trevor is the one stable thing in my life, and I know my future kids will be raised with his music. Long live Trevor Hall!! I can see him going far, he's the John Lennon of our generation
