It's funny how most of the song sounds like any Tom Petty song, but the parts where Roy sung sounded like one of Roy Orbison's songs.

Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley has a nice cover of this song on her Rabbit Fur Coat album, which I strongly recommend if you dig alt-country in the least bit. Of course you can't beat a Pantheon of rock legends like this.
I believe George Harrison wrote the song and sings most of it. You can get the video DVD along with Volume 1. It's great!

I just adore this song. Such a sweet song and the Traveling Wilburys have such a distinctly (for lack of a better term) haggered voices and sound so sweet pleading for some lovin'.
