Tab was set to play a show in Bend, Oregon years ago when the fire marshal closed down the venue. He and the band played a benefit concert for the local Boys and Girls Club at a different venue at the last second. He tore it up and I've been a fan ever since. Saw him again a few years ago when he came through. Class act doesn't say enough!

I first saw him in Denver, CO. I was absolutley amazed. Oneof my very favorites of playing that incredible blues guitar.

First time I heard Tab Benoit was at the Legendary Rythem & Blues Cruise, liked him very much, down to earth guy, very pleasant. Check out bluescruise. c o m - He will be on their Jan 2010 cruise, along w/Taj Mahal & the Phantom Blues Band, Tommy Castro, plus many others. Great blues cruise! lol

I heard Tab on NPR and was totally blown away. I'm glad there are
young guns who pay homage to the REAL blues. Tab is like Clapton...bu t with a raw and biting edge. He also play soft and sweet kind of like Wes Montgomery (if Wes played a Tele....). And yes Copper Country, if he ever gets even close to Raleigh NC I'll be there!
Thanks Pandora for introducing me to such great new artists. I just heard my first cut he has a great style and keeps it bluesy yet with a dash of funk. Great Guitar work and vocals. Hope to catch him in concert.
