This is my most favorite Stevie Ray Vaughan song of all! I could listen to it over and over again. It's so smooth and lamenting... Stevie sounds like he's pouring out his heart and soul. It's the most beautiful instrumental of all. Stevies best guitar work and the piano interlude is absolutely awesome. I wish he were still here making beautiful music like this. RIP.
SRV is in heaven jammin with Jerry, and Pig Pen, and Merle Sauders, and Jimi, and Elvis is still wondering how to write his own music. And now that Owsley is there they have all the acid they want.
One of my true favorites from Stevie. I think his natural eveolution as a magician would have been to dabble a little more in Jazz, much like Hendrix did towards the end of his wild ride. Play on Stevie...play on.
Riviera Paradise, and Lenny, show another side of SRV. For the people here who call it smooth jazz, and can't spell the word elevator, you are really missing the breadth and versatility that this man had for music. And they all thought he was a dumb hayseed playing the blues...
Stevie's masterpiece in my opinion. So smooth and elegant this one is sure to make you float away.

Sounds a lot like smooth jazz and frankly for me, it was hard to believe that this was Stevie. Nice, but still it sounds like smooth jazz.... puts me to sleep.
