ABSOLUT CHOCOLATE PEARS

1 oz. Absolut® Pears
1 oz. Mozart Dark
2 bar spoons of Frangelico
½ oz. of fresh cream
Flaked chocolate for garnish

Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled martini glass. Sprinkle a pinch of dark chocolate flakes on the surface of the drink in the centre.
