Love this song takes me back to hop scotch, jump roping, setting on the porch as the sunset and catching fireflies
This is one of the most beautiful damn songs ever. Words don't do it justice. Only feelings do. The music. Captured an era. Before my time but blessed to be able to hear the genius of this song. Its obe of my favs and I have a huge song list in my head. So that says a lot.

The first time I ever competed in a battle of the bands with my first band in the 90s , one of the other bands did a slightly punk version of Summer Breeze. I've had slightly mixed emotions about different covers ever since. If you do a cover, try to stay somewhat true to the original I guess is the best philosophy.
I'm gonna get myself a time machine so I can live through the 70's and 80's.
