Seabird

Formed in 2004 around the talents of siblings Aaron (vocals and keyboards) and Ryan (guitar) Morgan, Cincinnati-based modern rock outfit Seabird crafts soul-searching, piano-driven, alternative pop in the vein of Coldplay, David Crowder Band, Needtobreathe, and Switchfoot. If you love them, check out Lovedrug. They're pretty similar, except the lead vocals in Lovedrug get pretty wily and not as controlled as Seabird's.

Nothing like a little seabird to brighten your day, saw them a couple of months ago, bought their CD been addicted to them ever since, amazing live even with the new bandmates (drummer, bass) great bad with meaningful lyrics. They are one of the lesser discovered talents in recent times. Lookout Coldplay, someone with the soul you used to have is coming and their name is seabird.

Man these guys sound good. They have intense drums, which I love, great guitar, piano melody, and everything. And the lead singer is amazing. I love th sound of his voice. Its kinda rough, but it's intenese.
