Multi-talented North Wales native Sasha became one of the world's most renowned and popular DJs. Starting out in the late '80s as a club DJ, the former Alexander Coe got his first big break when he was hired by the dance club Shelly's to spin and rework popular sounds of the day. It was there that the young DJ found fame with the dance and house crowd, but it wasn't until he started laying down his grooves at the Haçienda and Renaissance that he become known nationally and, eventually, globally. His sound and technique become so popular that a Renaissance compilation was eventually released. ~ Greg Prato, Rovi
Belfunk and the Xpander EP is what trance IS. Sasha and Digweed are masters. Belfunk is a genius track, it has so many different electronic sounds, layers....ahhh, so relaxing at one point then it speeds up and energizes you! Classic trance music from 1999, those were the days :-)
Steve Eugene Fowler- you look like you are teenager so this generation just doesn't understand what trance REALLY is! Sasha and Digweed those are the masters.
I can listen to this album all the way through at any time of the day or night. I love listening to it when I'm painting, driving, drawing....anything. So many levels to each track. I never grow tired of it.
THE IMMORTAL SONG JUST KICKS BASS IN YOUR FACE AND LONG DYNAMIC BREAKBEATS OF INTERDIMENTIONAL ECSTAIC TRANCE OF A BEING EXPERIENCING CELESTIAL VISITATION SOUNDTRACK
no one has mentioned the amazing production and engineering of Spooky's Charlie May...that's what makes this tune in my eyes although i'm sure Sasha helped ;)
