Sarah Kelly

Rockford, IL-based CCM singer/songwriter Sarah Kelly began writing songs at the age of seven, many of which found themselves integrated into the services at her local church. Kelly recorded her first album, You Overwhelm Me, independently in 2000, resulting in a deluge of concert requests and label interest. Her gritty voice and bluesy arrangements eventually led her to Gotee, where her 2004 national debut, Take Me Away, won her new fans both secular and nonsecular. Absolutely love her! I actually have the privilege of knowing her personally and her with her what you see is what you get. Have never met anyone so genuine and so authentic before, Her heart and her soul are definitely on fire for the Lord!!
I have had the privelege to see her perform various times at Revival Christian Fellowship (aka Calvary Chapel Menifee, CA). She is definitely an artist who you have to see live to fully appreciate her voice. It is just so soulful and you can hear that, everything she sings about comes from the depths of her heart which is clearly on fire for God.

She's awesome!! I see her at Woodlands Church all the time, and she makes me cry almost every time she sings. Love her!!
Saw her in '04 at a South Florida church. The crowd had no idea who she was or how great she was and she sang her heart out. We were on the third row, none of it was preannounced and like I said no one but my family realized what a magnificent star she was. I bought ten cds and she signed every one!
