God I love the lyrics
i remember in the 70s
I was touring clubs with Off The Wall in 1982, throughout the Rocky Mountain region, and picked up the Signals cassette in Rock Springs, WY. We decided to try New World Man, and after a few days learning and rehearsal, added it to our set list. Went over very well!
@ Brighhue: correct! The Police were HUGE at the time this song came out & the ska-ish Andy Summers guitar sound ended up making its way onto Alex's guitar palatte.
