This is the album that made me a die hard RUSH fan. Cygnus X-1 was the song. RUSH ROCKS!!!
As usual Neil's fantastic lyrics and the band's ability to give a home for those lyrics, gotta love this song. I always thought the opening bass lines by Geddy were awesome. Everyone always mentions 2112, Moving Pictures, and Permanent Waves as their best. I beg to differ, I have always loved all of Farewell To Kings.

not to me it doesn't...be e n an avid rush fan for 25 years...stil l like nearly every song as much as i ever have. saw them live this year and they are still absolutely amazing. even like some of the new material and i am a hard critic.

It all sounds the same after awhile, Ive seen the band first in 1977, and then last time in 1994, there is nothing left to concour, they done it all, please don't become the Stones still appearing after 49 years. just say'en!
