Roy had a true cowboy persona. Dale said he was like Popeye, I am what I am. Everyone on the set loved Roy. You couldn't find anyone who would say a bad world against Roy,Dale said. Roy did have a personality that was inoffensive, non-threaten i n g and that was part of his appeal.

I Always wished that Roy and Dale were my parents! Now they are asleep,await i n g the sound of Gabre'ls trumpet calling them up from their resting place in the grave. I hope God allowes me to be with that number1

I can't believe Dale Evans isn't available! After all, she was a popular and active actress before she met and married Roy. And, she was a prolific song writer throughout her career, including quite a few of these recordings.
