Ouch. It's their song, they're allowed to perform it any way they want. It's just that this version seems to have no spontaneity, no 'evil grin' that the original version, and certainly the 'Get your Ya Ya's Out' version, have. Mick is out of breath during most of this performance. Realistically, for me once a group is way past their prime, performing their old hits poorly is insulting to us.
This version sounds like Mick isn't sure if he's singing Symphony for the Devil or Mustang Sally. Did he just return from an extensive dental procedure?
