Not much of a Rod Stewart fan, but a like a few of his song and this is one of them.

My mother passed away in 1989 from cancer; she was 49 years old - forever young. This song remindes me of my wonderful mother. Thank You, Rod Stewart, Thank You , as my mother is now "Forever Young". His vocals were like magic; so much going on when he sang - sadness, joy, passion, - a true classic !
