I love her fresh way of writing a love song using crazy imagery. Old phrases like "I think I'm falling for you" get so worn out and patched together until everything sounds like Justin Bieber.

Whoa.... One of my favorite songs by Regina. "It counted up our feelings and divided them up even, and it called that calculation perfect love..." beautiful.
To me this song offers some perspective on how people choose their mates these days. She is making some strong references to dating services or dating websites, but I think it also applies to people who try to use their rational brains too much and their their emotional brains too little when making decisions.
