Christmas with Coniff always was the kickoff Christmas album my family played first, and the rule was it could not be played until the Macy's Chirstmas parade ended. So as soon as Santa went past, we ran to the record player to put Coniff on. This was in the early 60's when things were very much different - black and white TV and no commerical rush like today

jjj, I couldn't agree with you more. The Conniff Singers and their Christmas music bring back tears of joy, from Childhood. I am 40 now.

This is my childhood. My mom and dad made Christmas so special and this music would play thru the house during the holidays. Brings tears of joy to my eyes.
This is the best, most perfect Christmas album of all time! I grew up with it (I was born in 1958) and we've gone from album to 8-track tape to cassette tape to CD. It's the Christmas music my 4 kiddos identify with Christmas!

My ex-husband had the original LP from his childhood and it is framed and adorns our wall year round. Ray Conniff exemplies Christmas for me. "Christmas With Conniff" is the best Christmas album ever made!
This is the best old fashioned Christmas Album ever recorded, Note that Ray Conniff was becoming popular among many young people in the mid 1950s when he recorded Jingles, Bangles and Bows around 1957. I may not have the name correct but I do have the old LP along with another 25 or 30 of his LPs, I wish you had more info here because I would like to flll in by purchasing any that I may have missed. I love your radio. You are doing a great job. It makes my work go so much smoother.
