Rabbit In The Moon

Somewhere between performance art and dancefloor trance, Rabbit in the Moon was formed in Orlando, FL, by frontman Bunny with producers Monk (Steve McClure) and Confucius (David Christophere). Similar in style to Keith Flint's status as nominal frontman for the Prodigy, Bunny provides most of the visual entertainment during the act's frenetic live show -- his costumes more in keeping with a horror film than a rave -- while McClure and Christophere take care of all the programming. The trio recorded several singles for Hallucination before debuting on Hardkiss Records with the 1994 single "Phases of an Out of Body Experience." Rabbit in the Moon provided remixes for an assortment of artists, including Goldie, Orbital, Sarah McLachlan, White Zombie, Cosmic Baby, and Garbage -- many collected on Rabbit in the Moon Remixes, Vol. 1. The trio also collaborated with Humate on a pair of singles for Superstition, and in 1999 issued the full-length FlooriD.A., as well as a sequel to their first remix collection, aptly titled Remixes, Vol. 2. ~ John Bush, Rovi

The old days were the s**t all of you are right how the f**k does ritm only have 300 likes wtf is wrong with people these dudes put on a hell of a show and spin like crazy but now that I think of it these are the days of really good ecstasy and ritm listeners are probably suffering from mush brain to hit like because I know there is more people out there. Seen keoki in Stuart Florida really weird show took some roofies and long island iced tea I met him and he was more f**ked up then I wAs crazy

Stumbled into Nightmare on Christmas in Tampa back in '99, and had no idea what it was. Was totally blown away.

Ritm was the reason i learned how to spin old skool 12 inch. I seen them too many times to count and have been lucky enough to meet them backstage at ultra twice! Zenfest in the hills was a fantastic evening to say the least. Another great performance was at wmc circa 98-99 at the cameo on sobe with Roni Size and the invisible scratch pickles! They are the real deal and kids these days have no idea how incredible Fl parties were in the 90s! There is no comparison from then to now, and its kinda

Tami that commented 1 year ago is 100% correct. This is the wrong biography on RINTM! I grew up with Three and i was 16 years old the first time I opened up for them @ Parthenon in Tampa! What an honor. Ive also had the honor to open for Lady Kier from Dee-Lite.

The other comments are right ritm changed orlando. Maybe even most of Florida. Been a fan longer than I've been typing my own name. It was almost a Firestone concert hall right of page for my generation

Bullshit! This IS SOOOO NOT the correct story of how RITM was formed!!! And Bunny -, although awesome, was the LAST to join the trio....RITM was formed by Monk and Confucius first, THEN Bunny joined them! Also, O.B.E the original remix was pressed on vinyl by Hallucinatio n (based out of Tampa, FL) before it was released with the Hardkiss brothers Scott and Robby! Get your facts straight Pandora!

I'm from Orlando, and this was THE band back in the Orlando heydays. Their shows at Firestone were legendary. New Year's 1996 show with Humate was one of the best shows of my life.
