I have always been eclectic in my music tastes. Its very hard to find someone that gets me. I am a reflection of the music that I enjoy. I grew up in the 80's but my parents blasted The Four Tops and the O'Jays. My older sisters turned me on to funk and disco. I can remember waking up as a kid to the glorious sounds of gospel music on Sunday mornings, although we rarely ever went to church I got it! I grew up in a housing project with Blacks and Puerta Ricans so I came to love R&B, hip-hop,rap and salsa. I was bussed to middle and high schools filled with Whites and so I quickly became a fan of rock, easy listening and top 40s pop music. When I got older, I became born again and was introduced to contemporary Christan. I can appreciate all the genres...the new and the old. I LOVE IT ALL! So yeah, I'm all over the place. I think the environment that I grew up in has made me so much more open and tolerant of all kinds of people, cultures and differences. Its good to be me!
