Hello. . .from a 50-something man who loves a variety of music, prefering folk/acoustic, "quiet," contemplative, meaningful music and lyrics from the 60's, 70's, to today. (If I played guitar I'd be a "James Taylor type.") I am a servant and disciple of Christ, apart from the religion of mainstream Christianity. Therefore, my favorite songs are those written by my friends and family in the congregation God has put me into: those born of the Spirit by Jesus' baptism. They are wonderful songs that edify the holy Spirit in our hearts and give glory to God. For a listen, browse SongsOfRest.com. They are not included on Pandora, so I occasionally enjoy the variety of secular music for background atmosphere as I work from home.
