Ideal Beats is a joint venture between Mike “D-Fect” Dresser and Nick “Arsenic” Drew. The Michigan natives have collectively been making Hip Hop music for over 10 years. The two teamed up in 2008 to form Ideal Beats. Arsenic and D-Fect have worked with artists across the United States including Royce Da 5’9”, D-12, G-Unit, AZ, Swollen Members, Gucci Mane and many others. In 2008 Ideal Beats also Produced ChrisCo’s debut album “The Roach’s Finest” in entirety. “We just want to make good music. And we wanted a way to distribute our tracks to a larger audience. That’s why we decided to start idealbeats.com,” says D-Fect. Arsenic goes on to say “We can only physically hand our tracks to so many people.
