Well my name is Melys, and I love music. I am a songwriter, I love music, but my parents disapprove of this career. choice -_- I love many genres of music, pop, swing, salsa, bachata, indie, rock, punk, folk, roots, old music both in English and Spanish. I'm cuban so I have the best (and worst) of both worlds :-P LOL :-) It's true. I love Linkin Park, Mumford and Sons, Laura Pausini, those are my top 3, but I branch out to sooooo many artists, I should have a top 100 ^o^ I have currently 185 songs written, 3/4 of them are finished, and the others need to be edited and stuff. Looking for a band that have a similar style to mine, or just a way to display my music. I am an amateur guitar player, but I don't really add my guitar to my songs. The music, the melody is pretty much in my head. If only I had a recording studio... NO HATERS OR NASTY COMMENTS! This isn't fb! That's why I don't have one. It's full of f***ers that want to look bad***. Don't forget to smile! Have fun, savor music and let it touch your soul. Remember that music can change things, and that not all music can be good for you, depending on who you are. Love those who love you, and stay away from those who don't love you, don't appreciate you, or are jealous of you. They can eat you alive :-\ <3 <3 <3 :-D XD laff at whatever bad happens to you after you've done crying over it ^_^ oh and I'm 17 and a I've learned how to live. YES! XD
