I grew up listening to the likes of The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, etc via my parents. On my own I listened to the "harder" 80's glam rock bands like Motley Crue, Skid Row, GNR. My first CD was Pearl Jam's Ten and everything has been uphill since. THe Seattle Grunge scene is in my opinion the single greatest musical event in history. I am still a huge fan of a number of bands from that movement like PJ, AIC, STP, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, etc. But now we are living in a whole new era in a sense. Grunge has split into so many different music genres. At this point in time I am a huge fan of SEVENDUST!!! They are by far the most-seen band in my collection of concerts. I have been to a sh!t load of concerts over the past 10 years, and have had the incredible opportunity to see bands like Tool, System of a Down, Staind, Slipknot, Stone Sour, Seether, Shinedown, Chevelle, Nonpoint, Audioslave, Mudvayne, POD, Korn, I could go on a hell of a lot more, but I think you get the point. I love rock, rock concerts, distortion and heavy percussion is what makes me tick. "To those about to rock, we (I) salute you"
