I discovered I had a talent for piano when I took piano class at school in the 5th grade. My grandma had a piano and I played some of the songs she had from the knowledge of music that I had. She noticed I was doing good and asked if I was interested in taking lessons. I saw nothing to lose so I decided to try it out. I have so far, excelled with my god-given talent, with 5 years taking lessons. going to 10th grade-2010 My favorite composer is Chopin. I love all of his songs. I wish he would have lived longer (died at 39yrs) so we'd all be able to enjoy more of his songs. Right now I'm not sure where I want to go career wise with music but I plan to minor in it. I want to major in meteorology and study weather right now so unless I were to major in both, that's a LOT of work especially when you have to practice 4+ hours on the piano a day! Classical music isn't the only music I like :) I like listening to Christian, 50s all through to the 90s, (80s being my favorite) today's music. I like pretty much everything except rap, hard rock, and screamo. Here are some "fun facts about me" :) Favorite color is blue. Favorite animals: lizards and dolphins. Favorite subject is Science. I like to: swim, garden, read non-fictional books, play piano. I'm Puerto Rican:) Favorite smells are bread and coffee. (not necessarily together) I love everything that has to do with nature which is why I like to learn about it.
