How could this song possibly come out in the 70's, so ahead of its time
nicslager
How does this have a lyric centric aesthetic
If there was a 3 minute radio version, then everyone would be missing out.
I do wonder about all the more beauties we'd have if Floyd hadn't broken up. It was never the same after roger left!
Sounds to me like desperation is the English way, only to find an abundance or plethora following the starting gun. Don't miss it next time out.
i like the old vinyl sleeve had some songs written on side one. the entire other side just said Echoes. nice
This is the only song I can put on repeat and never get bored of.. its just so amazing!
Oh man, me and Janet bonded to this song in 1972.
No, there was no 3 minute radio version, but back then we had underground radio and they played all the trippy, banned and llloooonnngg g versions of songs
This is a bit long. At least it's Pink Floyd.

Nothing better than Pink Floyd ever
such genius. only waters could write a song like this one
Volta reminds me of this so much

Love this album, love this song. Some of the best Floyd before they discovered anarchy.
I highly doubt there was a radio friendly three minute version.
Wright and Gilmour...pu r e vocal harmony bliss. Get the Remember That Night Gilmour live DVD to see the love and respect these 2 geniuses had for one another. Rick, you are missed.
Some of Gilmours best guitar work in this song here.
Thank you pandora, my CD player has been out in my Jeep for months and I have been missing this song.
Nice
Good Pandora, thank you.
23 mins of pure ear orgasm of Psychedelic Trip ;)
Timelesd
simply timeless. rip barret and wright
This...this is beautiful.
I love this song and I've only listened to 10 minutes of it
For years I never knew what the foto was on this album until I turned it sideways and BAM! It is an ear!! This album is one of the best
Lovely, unlike any other tune ive heard, touches on so many different moods and earthy/space y at same time.

I prefer shine on on their 20 min songs, but stil great song. Awesome job by Richard.
hard to put into words how awesome Floyd is...this track is just a throwback to my acid days....Been listening to them for 40 years
The only thing better than listening to Echoes is watching it on Pink Floyd at Pompeii. If you haven't seen it, well, you need to! It's just incredible. <3
Andrew Lloyd Weber ripped the base riff off for Phantom of the Opera. Roger Waters was not too pleased, but Floyd opted not to sue. If you Google Roger Waters & Andrew Lloyd Weber u will find a lot was written about it.
From the opening instrumental track of this Work of art.....One of these days I'm going to cut you into little pieces! I always though it said One of these days I'm going to dance with a gypsy?
Pure bliss
great song but like for reals... to long
rcskater311
Once again Floyd manages to take u on an epic journey from beginning to end
The build up after the weird psychedelic part is the best part on the best album ever made
This is psychedelic you fools! Jesus do you have to have your art spoon fed to you or something?
26 minutes of awesomeness! Pink Floyd is amazing.
26 minutes of friggin BLISS. Da Floyd!!!
Trippyst music of all time
who should be in the credits? or should I ask who shouldn't be. I F'ing love this song who ever really wrote it.
