I've always been a fan of the Blues, but my first musical interest was Jethro Tull (the Aqualung and Thick as a Brick LP's). From there I went to Eric Clapton (i.e cream, derek & the dominos, etc.), Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden, Metallica, Nirvana, The Foo Fighters, 311 and Tool. For a short period in high school I went through a ska & punk phase where Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish and the Voodoo Glow Skulls were in heavy rotation. When I was a junior in high school I saw "Hackers" which prompted me to install Napster and download as much Electronic music as I could get my hands on. Since then, I've narrowed my scope to progressive house, techno and intelligent dance (The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, The Crystal Method, Paul van Dyk, Sasha, Timo Maas, Ulrich Schnauss). Once in college, I began to listen to more instrumental than popular music; Joe Satriani, Phish, Oysterhead and Pink Floyd......
