I love pretty much any kind of music, with the exception of the vast majority of Country, Punk in all its incarnations (ie. Blink 182, Ramones etc) and the more absurd examples of Psycho/Rockabilly music, but I wont knock a group or genre until I've had a taste.

I'm particularly drawn to music with a foreign twist (Buddha Bar, Cirque du Soleil, Bebel Gilberto, Pink Martini, etc). I love Trip Hop (Sneaker Pimps, Massive Attack, Portishead, etc) and any kind of what I like to call "Psuedo Electronica" (Weekend Players, Zero 7, Air, Urban Buddha, etc), especially if its in French, but any non English language will do the trick. I especially love the combination of symphony style music, or any sort of non electronic sound like piano (so good) or violin or cello, in combination with electronic sound. It totally just sucks me in.
