I love all kinds of music: 80's New Wave, Electronica, Classic Heavy Metal, Proto Punk/Punk/Post Punk, Dub Reggae, Ska/Rocksteady, Progressive Rock, Jazz . . . pretty much everything but Country, Banda/Tex Mex, most Rap/Hip Hop today and Polka. I try to be reasonably open-minded in terms of music, but I have my limits!

I tend to like music that's a little less commercial and a little more off the beaten track. My all-time favorite groups are The Clash, Rush and Kraftwerk. I'm also huge into Bowie, Grace Jones, Ministry and The Replacements.

I honestly do love to go see live music in all kinds of venues, from local coffee houses to sports arenas, but I must confess that while I'm not necessarily an "audiophile", I much prefer studio-recorded music; I just really get into all the details of the produced, engineered and mastered work.
