I love this song so much more now then I did when it came out. I had the honor of meeting this enormously warm and generous man at a hotel about a year before he died. When I found out he passed I was standing in the same exact spot that I was in when I met him. My heart just shattered and I nearly fainted. :(

Every time I hear this song, I think how sad it was that we never got to experience more from him. He was a great actor and I'm convinced he could have had a great singing career. He is missed.

I will always be in love with Patrick Swayze. He melted my heart from Dirty Dancing forward. I know almost every word to Dirty Dancing. Patrick will live on forever in all of us!
