Los Angeles punk trio Osker was led by singer/guitarist Devon Williams, still a high school sophomore at the time of the band's 1998 formation; with bassist Dave Benitez, Williams soon recorded a four-track demo which made its way to the offices of indie label Epitaph, which funded a second demo session before extending a record deal. Drummer Phil Drazik solidified the lineup for Osker's debut LP Treatment 5, issued in early 2000. ~ Jason Ankeny, Rovi
Yes one of the most underrated bands, with only two albums it sucks they didn't last, but atleast they're two f-n great records. Devon Is truly a talented musician and song writer. The first LP treatment 5 is alot faster and more up beat compared to idle will kill the second album. If you still wanna check out more of Devon's work find the artist fingercutmegamachine, this is more folk than punk but still extremely well done.
