One of Italy's most eclectic, prolific yet relatively obscure heavy metal outfits, Rome's Novembre is helmed by the Orlando brothers -- vocalist/guitarist Carmelo and drummer Giuseppe -- who joined an existing death metal band named Catacomb in the early ‘90s, and, by 1994, had imposed their wills upon it, and embraced more commercial progressive and gothic elements in their songs. Several albums followed, including Wish I Could Dream It Again… (1994), Arte Novecento (1996), Classica (1999), Novembrine Waltz (2001), and Dreams d'Azur (2002), which was in fact a re-recording of their debut. Over that span, the Orlandos callously hired and disposed of several bandmembers as they saw fit, but second guitarist Massimiliano Pagliuso has been a mainstay since 2000, and was deemed crucial enough some four years later that when he was temporarily unable to tour, Novembre performed along to pre-recorded tracks of his guitar parts, rather than call in a human replacement. This core trio was back in the studio in 2006 to record Novembre's fifth original album, Materia, which along with its 2008 follow-up, The Blue, marked the start of a new professional relationship with Peaceville Records. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, Rovi

I'm force fed overproduced crap on a daily basis, so it's nice to hear something real for a change. I'm also on an Opeth channel so this is right up my alley. Novembre is better than Lacuna Coil!
This works for me heavy metal eclectic, prolific but obscure metal. Looking forward to see them live! Would be a great show from the Orlando brothers. Keep the FAITH! Truly a great metal band that will be up and coming! The CORE!
I'm sorry, I'm more of a fan of their art/prog metal, not so much the death metal screaming stuff they have in the earlier albums. Their latest albums are my favorites, though I can only listen to them on Pandora. I do have Novembrine Waltz on CD, but again, I think their later music is better.
Corey and to everyone else I really bet that the willows and uprooted who are one person making multiple accs. really despise Godsmack and just needed a band to throw to everyone to bash back after they or him tries to justify his incoherent rambling that has no merit or actual evidence why so-called band sucks and GS is better. So by using GS as there (his) only band on the profiles we got (real people that is) nothing else to go back on him with. But that goes to show you what a 9yr kid does.

Well I would rather play what you call s**t music cause it's not Godsmack and go to jail then do a radio show with Casey Casum of all people, his voice is so damn annoying. (That was to AoA but he deleted his comment awwwwwwwwww)
