Nora has grown up and is exploring a much more sultry confidence on this CD. It's as if she has come into her own (although, I always thought she was her own). Love the slowness, purposefulness, and incredible soul in Ruined Me Now. Just listen to her voice! Saw her father so long ago in Atlanta at a little place off Piedmont Ave: the Great Southeast Music Hall...incredible venue...maybe sat 50-70 people tops, on the floor with seat backs only. SOOO cool! Anyone out there remember it?
