@collinh85 -It is said that Kurt Cobain had chronic stomach problems that left him in near constant pain...docto r s prescribed many types of treatments in an attempt to help it, but nothing ever seemed to work...I think perhaps these lyrics are in reference to some of what he was dealing with...just a guess.
This is why I hate Nirvana... ABSOLUTLY NONE OF THESE LYRICS MEAN ANYTHING!!! Its just a bunch of bull chit that happens to rhyme!

In utero was how Kurt wanted neverminds studio album to sound, he was a star by then. He hated how nevermind was so cleanly produced. In utero Is pure raw music the way he wanted it, by then the company would do whatever he wanted.
