Lots of piano artists do recordings of classical pieces on their albums. It's very common, and Pandora will always credit the performer and the album (not always the original composer), as that's the version you're listening to. It's Michael's rendition of the Chopin Waltz, and quite a beautiful one at that!
How can this waltz appear as by Michael Dulin? This is Chopin. So either the thing on Pandora is messed up or something else is up.
