Singer, composer and arranger Maurette Brown-Clark was born and raised on Long Island; after beginning to sing at age four, she took her first private lessons at age six, going on to perform extensively with her family gospel group as well as a series of high school and collegiate vocal ensembles. After turning professional, Brown-Clark backed CeCe Winans and Hezekiah Walker, among others; she was also the featured vocalist on the Richard Smallwood hit "Angels." Her solo debut, How I Feel, followed in 1998. After receiving a Dove Award nomination for the record, she took a break and worked on her next album. The results, By His Grace, were released in the summer of 2002. ~ Jason Ankeny, Rovi
Truly enjoy Maurette Brown Clark. It Not Over Until God says It Over is one of my favorites. I was fortunate to see her at Bethel AME in Baltimore, MD she was awesome
As a singer she inspires me and as a second mother to me she motivates me. I thank her for believing in my dreams and ministering me and I'm thankful for her kids being apart of my life. Truly a blessed family.
This is my favorite, cause god speaks right through the words in the times that I need to hear them. A reminder that God works even when it rains. He has an expected in for us and I don't know what the outcome will be. I do know it will be for my good.
Thank you for the words of encouragement. This song mean a lot to me! Even at my weakest moments this song appears out of no where and lifts my spirirts.
