Great way to finish this great album! They said the meaning behind this song was what they saw in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. In my opinion, I think when he says: All you ever wanted/was someone to truely look up to you/ And six feet underwater/ I do. was definately directed to Bush!
to me, the end of this album is when it really starts to pick up steam, capped off by this fantastic song. hopefully LP can deliver a follow-up that's quality from start to finish.
