The guitar riff after Plant's haromica/blu e s y intro is, in my opinion, one of the best riffs Jimmy Page ever made. You can't really rock harder than this song.
The intro vocals are Plant trying to "sound black", according to somethig I read years ago--maybe the accuasations that they were raping the blues got to them!

this is my favorite Zeppelin album, i think its their best from start to finish not a single flaw, the opening riff from Whole Lotta Love, to the thunder of Jones' bass in the Lemon song, to Page's HEARTBREAKIN G solo, and finally the closing of BRING IT ON HOME, SUPERB!!!!!! ! even God himself couldnt achieve such perfection.
