No quarter. The concept, what the phrase means... It's so visceral, and intoxicating . Songs like this, everything about them: tempo, lyrics, amazing riffs, banging percussion, eerie emotion... It's pulls something out of you while you're listening to it. It evokes a seldom seen or felt sliver of the human experience that is authentic -- this is why Zep f'in rules. Fanfckntasti c song!

HOTH is the best LZ album to me. Ridiculous song lineup! I'm not usually big on covers, but Tool's cover of No Quarter is very good.

This is one of my best songs from this entire album. The drums are killing it!

Essentially, the 'Similar Tracks' are 4/5 of Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here.'
If you have the LP, look at it and notice how different this song looks compared to the rest. It's kinda crazy.

Dope phrasing! a Hip Hop classic in the making . Gotta stay tru to the song tho.
2nd favorite Zep song behind Kashmir. It's so different from everything else they've done, and the use of keys seems pretty ahead of its time.

It's actually astounding how good Led Zeppelin really is. Best pure rock n' roll group who has ever produced. The Beatles are the most creative with the greatest rock n' roll songs ever written but when it comes to all out blow your mind music Led Zep cannot be beat.

This has always been my favorite Zep album. I was on my 3rd vinyl copy of "Houses" before cds finally hit the market. Something about this song in particular that sent shivers up my spine.
