Though they had to change their name from Ladyfinger to Ladyfinger (ne) -- the "ne" stands for Nebraska, the state from which the band hails -- due to copyright issues, singer/guitarist Chris Machmuller (formerly of Omaha's Bleeders for Treats), bassist Ethan Jones (an ex-the Faint member), guitarist Jamie Massey (from Race for Titles), and drummer Pat Oakes (from Mayday and Solid Jackson) didn't stop playing their brand of Jesus Lizard, Motörhead, and Drive Like Jehu-influenced rock. I totally agree with u David, See! It's nice to have music that u don't have to change the song every few minutes cause of screaming vocalists and all, so yeah I totally get u there^_~

How are there not tons of comments here? Did Pandora just recently add them? Oh well... I'm really enjoying this band. I appreciate the combination of full-out heaviness plus actual singing, not screaming. The energy on tracks like 'Over And Over' is driving and powerful without being manic and obnoxious, IMO.
