For those who don't know - Jon was sexually abused as a child and it has caused all kinds of issues for him (understanda b l y ) . One of those issues is he is a sex-addict, especially while on the road with all the young female fans throwing theirselves at him. This song deals with his feelings regarding this aspect of himself - the sex gives him a temporary relief from his mental/emoti o n a l pain and he keeps persuing it, but at the same time, he hates what he's doing.
