Sweet Jeeeeeezus, this effort really tells me that the R&B I grew up listening to in the 60's is alive and well inside someone in the 21rst Century! Who'da thunk that would eva happen...'no t me', I had told myself right BEFORE I had listened to this song;) Gladys Knight hopefully smiles when she hears this girl.
Reminds me of the Great soul and r+b of the 70s 80s that i miss,with the great blues feel.
