My husband is serving thousands of miles away as a firefighter in the Air Force - good to be reassured that we aren't alone this season. Our 4 kids greatly miss the security and comfort of having daddy near during the holidays...s o do I.

My son is in the Navy and will not be home for the first time at Christmas this year. This song is painful but beautiful -- it is tough on all military personnel and families who are apart from each other.
