i once took a date many, many years ago to see john perform at the settlement house on grand street. so intense was the preformance that she started shaking and ran out of the auditorium. i now live down the block and can still feel the shaking and hear the lonesomest note i ever heard played on a neck rack harmonica!

time seeing someone live. my appreciation of what is and is not music very much influenced by you. give us more please.

John is good friends with Tom Waite and did a really great record of Tom's songs a few years ago, somwhere around 2000. That record needs to be in pandoras selected discography, along with at least one or two others!
