It is taking longer than expected to fetch the next song to play.
The music should be playing soon.

Born in 1971, Jeff Loomis sent a tape to metal band Sanctuary when he heard they had lost their guitarist. He got the job, but it was not slated to be a long-lasting one. The group broke up two months later. However, as the ashes of Sanctuary were clearing, Loomis, along with two other members of the group, formed the band Nevermore. ~ Gary Hill, Rovi
Nobody on hear should be commenting on his guitar skills here unless they play themselves. Yes Steve Vai and Joe Satch may have more feeling behind their music but Jeff is just more well rounded, more intricate and ridiculously clean. From a guitarists point of view, Loomis is quite possibly the best DISCOVERED lead guitarist alive right now. There will always be someone just as good if not better though. Best rhythm guitar skills go to Keith Merrow though. I've said my piece.
pales in comparison to kurt cobain..................... curt could write a song, too bad he couldnt play guitar. loomis kicks cobain square in the nuts. no disrespect, i am a nirvana fan, but when kurt was practicing hitting the vein, loomis was practicing guitar.
I was looking at memebase and the song Opulent Maelstrom started when this did http://senorgif.memebase.com/2012/05/19/funny-gifs-cat-car/ Great Moments made by Jeff Loomis: Infinite.
JATO is an acronym for jet-fuel assisted take off - they are basically rocket boosters that assist overloaded aircraft in taking off or any aircraft to achieve enough forward thrust for flight on a runway that would normally be 'too short' for the aircraft.
wow, I thought I stumbled onto Youtube with the usual lame comparing comments For once I'd be refreshing to see people actually ENJOY the music. Leave the fighting to the politicians.
what does what timgrius said have to do with anything?

Yngwie owns Paul Gilbert, and Chet Atkins owns Yngwie, and Robert Johnson owns Chet Atkins, and Paganini owns Robert Johnson, and on and on and on.
Apples and oranges. Or maybe even oranges and oranges with an apple twist. I dig Gilbert. I dig Vai. I dig Jimmy Page. I dig Jimi Hendrix. Hell, I even dig Jack Johnson. Sometimes it's about speed. Sometimes it's about technique. It's mostly about feel.
Can Vai do Robert Johnson? Probably, but it will still sound like Vai, but not better.
paul gilbert owns this guy, so does tosin abasi and ron jarzombek. hell they own srv, vai, petrucci or whoever if u ask me. i like tosin's style more than anyones tho.

Best comment I've heard in a while axiom; gave me quite a laugh. As for Jeff Loomis, he's one of my favorite musicians alongside Steve Vai and Joe Satriani. I'm glad to see someone else post something about them for once.
Nevermore CD's rarely get replaced by others in my car and then not for long. What a great band. Then only time I saw them live they sounded horrible though. Missing their bass player and the sound person must have been MIA. I bought Jeff and Warrel's solo CD's and prefer Nevermore to both so I hope they stick together a long time and keep a second guitarist in the band though I would like the way rotating the second guitarst gives us varied texture.

Cmon guys he is a good guitarist but... the best? Joe Satriani, Stevie Vai, SRV? I hope you meant modern times. No doubt he rips though.
I sat down to read the biography, which was not slated to be a long lasting one. The bio was done two sentences later. However, as the disappointment about the bio was clearing, Hill, along with two other inept employees from All Music Guide, was still somehow getting paid for being a twat. ~Axiom, Pandora Community

Absolutely the best guitarist there is. No one is better. Both his solo work and his work with nevermore is brilliant.

There's no way Spotify can compete with that.
