I mean, really... I actually stopped what I was doing to find out a little more about this random Pandora tune that started playing, and kinda liked, and saw all this commercial pandering... give it a break, please.

With Jazz Pistols Lui develops a polyrhythmic firework of extraordinary proportions, is constant support and manages at the same time to distance himself from traditional forms.
Christoph Victor Kaiser: Through his extraordinary tapping technique Christoph constantly is the harmonic backing of the band and simultanously creates musical intensification that cannot be expected. As recipiant of a scholarship from the renowned Berklee College of Music / Boston and due to his technical expertise the Jazz Pistols bass player is even on an international level known as a brilliant technician and for this reason has been sought after as interview partner for international

His solo numbers melt into the compositions and with their catchy melodies are truly extraordinary. He is among one of the best guitarists in Germany , composes and plays for Uwe Ochsenknecht and can be found on various samplers.

Seeing how Pandora has chosen to be in the music business, as opposed to, say, plumbing, or selling baked goods or ladies undergarment s , I don't think doing a little research on the artists is asking anything outside the realm of their biz. Slackers? Really.
When artists submit their music to Pandora for consideration, they are ENCOURAGED to submit a bio...if they choose to remain enigmatic, is Pandora supposed to chase down a bio for each of the 10's of THOUSANDS of submissions they receive, in addition to providing FREE exposure? Speaking of FREE,how much do YOU pay for Pandora? 10 CENTS a day, tops. GOOGLE, slackers.
I often click on the name of the artist or band to learn more about them, so I clicked on the name Jazz Pistols, and landed on this page, none the wiser - come on, guys, you can do better than that!
Fantastic technically ... and very tight where they want to be ... but do all their songs sound the same? Need info on this trio. Sometimes I wonder who's got the door.
Very similar style of concentration and creativity as John Zorn, yet much more soulful and mellow. Similar to Zony Mash in expansiveness and patience for the sound, as what seems to be a trademark of the Knitting Factory crew.

These guys are awesome! They are one of my My Space buddies. I am happy that they are on Pandora finally. They are German and just so totally bad a**. I love these guys. They are monster players and super tight. I love their ideas. King Crimson Comes to mind, Zappa, Tortoise, Circa70.org. They are just great!
