God Module Is My Favorite Band! I've come from a long road of being a huge goth/industrial fan. Jasyn is the nicest guy ever I wish them the best! Some of the best Industrial beats I've heard in a long time!

God Mod is truly the best industrial/goth music to dance to. Dancing at The Castle is just gravy train!

This is my kind of music! I like some of the darker industrial styles such as Suicide Commando. I wish I knew about God Module years ago.
They are actually based out of Tampa Bay and can be seen on occasion at the Castle. Kind of fun to be dancing with them then have them perform on stage.

I came across them accidentally via You Tube and have been listening to everything I can of theirs since.

always luv dancing to god module! these guys are the best!!
This band is important for aspiring acts that want to get into the industrial/EBM scene; God Module demonstrates the need to be creative. Suicide Commando, Combichrist, :wumpscut:, they all have their own sounds. If you want to be successful, you need to be creative, you need to be fresh. God Module doesn't get this, and you can tell.
"But still, they are awfully close to taking the supreme being's name in vain."

I can't imagine listening to a whole album of this crap. How many bands sound exactly like this? I don't care enough to find out. Who did this first, and who thought it would be a good idea to copy it?
This group sounds like that nordic band Grendel. Good stuff, just popped up on the wrong channel for this type of music. For some reason, it popped up on my Jimmy Buffett/Kenny Chesney station...lol
Even if their name was "F*ck God in the mouth hole" it would still sound cool. And really that's all that matters.

The genesis of the genre is uncomfortably flirtatious with fascism and occultism, it is up to the listener to decide whether to believe (the lie that) we can rise above the message of the music and not be affected by it, or act according to your beliefs and simply not listen to that which you consider anathema. The duty of the artist is to act to their own compass, not to restrict themselves to someone elses' standards.

Suicide commando 2.0? Regarding offensiveness, I feel that good art is confrontational and that good industrial music must be particularly iconoclastic, to deconstruct societal controls to improvise weapons for a guerrilla culture war.
The music is superb. But I have a huge problem with the group's name. I've decided it is sort of OK, because the name refers to a component of the human brain. But still, they are awfully close to taking the supreme being's name in vain.
