I love the Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard team. I wish James had been a part of making the Dark Knight Rises soundtrack - I think it would've turned out a lot better. It was a fine soundtrack that tied up a lot of the themes from the previous two, but James added a lot of beautiful themes and moments in the other two Batman soundtracks. In my opinion that was missing from the DKR soundtrack.
