Listen people, I appreciate this music as much as the next guy, but it's wrong to criticize other opinions or artists like your own opinions are facts. Bing was equally talented with Frank, and it's more than fair to put Elvis and the Beatles up with Sinatra and others; In fact, I may even go as far as to say they were more musically rounded than those who preceded them. I'm not trying to go frown this music or anything, it's just frustrating to see all other genres and artists disregarded.

Music was better in the 1940s.

You dare to put Elvis and the Beatles with the all time king of popular singers. Der Bingle-Yes. But those two. Elvis had limited range and phrasing, and the Beatles had limited musical talent. Sinatra is the ultimate of all saloon singers. Tony Bennett, Crosby, Torme, Dino were all close but Sinatra was and is the true KING, now and forever.
What can you say. Sinatra is the best entertainer to ever live. He could sing, dance and act. Who else could do all that? At least as well as Frank. I love to sing his music and do so professionally.

Just found the man who made me like Frank Sinatra: Nelson Riddle. It's really true, Arrangers are VIP's in music. Composers used to say about Lizst that he could make their compositions sound better than they could.

just listened to Frank Sinatra on Pandora and read his bio . Love that man. Hey, Billie Jo move over.
Mr Sinatra was second to none, but the coming out of retirement in the 70's was a bit of an embarrasment. Better check out "In the Wee Small Hours" masterpiece. Unforgetable.
I so love your Pandora Genome Project. I listen at work with fellow co-workers. We have several music styles that we listen to through the day. Because you mix similar artists with the one/ones we have choosen, we get to hear artists and music we wouldn't have known about if not for your service. Thank you so much from a classic popular music lover.
