If he's really writing all his lyrics (I believe he is), then he is one of the greats of his time. It's not easy to express stories in so few and such appropriate words. Like his stories or not, Eminem is an Elvis of his era.
Eminem didn't lose his talent, he lost his hunger and his edge, look at Forever with Drake and them as one example, he's still a beast on the mic. . . when he feels like it, or feels a hunger or urge. He just defenitely lost his edge and spark.
